In this dynamic presentation we will engage in discussion and activities that help you develop strategies to assess the strengths and areas of growth in your program, and take concrete steps to facilitate changes. We will explore the leader’s role in establishing clear communication, setting direction, and strategically developing action plans. A key focus is examining how to build accountability into the goals and action steps identified in each staff person’s Individual Professional Development Plan(IPDP) and the program’s Continuous Quality Improvement Plan(CQI). You will leave with a new understanding of how to motivate staff to engage in meaningful professional development and program improvement.
